Location:      Ashington

Contract:      Temporary – 10 Months / Maternity Cover

Hours:           37 per week (Mon-Fri)

Salary:           £26,305 per annum (inclusive of car allowance)

An opportunity has arisen for a Housing Assistant to join our Bernicia Living Team based at Head Office in Ashington.

About the role:

You will be responsible for contributing to the efficient running of the Bernicia Living team, providing a variety of practical support and administrative activities relating to rent collection, allocation of properties, community development and tenancy support. 

In addition, you will deliver a new tenant visit service and administer aids and adaptations requests.

About you:

You will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, able to provide excellent customer service and have the ability to work under pressure and deliver results to tight deadlines.
