This week, we will be inviting our customers to take part in a STAR survey.
Tenants have a central role in shaping our services. One of the ways we do this is by asking for feedback through our Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR). It’s a survey used nationally by many housing organisations to understand the thoughts, feelings and opinions of residents.
We use the results from the survey to find out what we are doing right and identify where we could improve and implement any changes to our services. It’s another way for Bernicia to listen to our customers and benchmark against other providers in a consistent and measurable way, to make regular improvements and to achieve best practice.
We are using an independent research company (a trusted third party based in Birmingham, called M E L Research Limited) to carry out a survey on our behalf.
We’ll be contacting all Bernicia customers soon with the details of how they can take part. The responses are confidential and are vital in helping us make business decisions and shape future services.
